What is a SAS
The Simplified Stock Company (SAS) is an agile, digital company type created by Law 27,349 (not by Law 19,550), designed for entrepreneurs, with quick incorporation and digital books.
What is a SAS
It allows a single partner, a model charter, incorporation in a few days and digital accounting. It is governed by its special law and, on a supplementary basis, by the General Companies Law. Its specific regime depends on the regulations in force of the supervisory authority.
Distinctions often confused
SAS is not the same as S.A. / SRL. The SAS is under Law 27,349, with an agile digital procedure; the S.A. and the SRL are under Law 19,550, with more traditional requirements.
