How publications are made when the law does not specify (LGS art. 14)
Section 14 of the General Companies Law deals with publication requirements lacking further detail: publication is made once only in the legal notices gazette of the relevant jurisdiction.
What article 14
Section 14 establishes the default rule for publications ordered by the Law where neither the publication medium nor the number of days is specified.
Any publication ordered without specifying the publication medium or the number of days for which it must be made shall be effected once only in the legal notices gazette of the relevant jurisdiction.

Commentary
This is a technical gap-filling rule: where the law is silent on how publication is to be made, it is made once in the official legal-notices publication of the jurisdiction. It removes uncertainty in proceedings requiring publicity.
