Shares must have equal value expressed in Argentine currency; the charter may create classes with different rights, but shares within each class must carry equal rights.
What article 207

Commentary
A uniform nominal value structures capital; classes permit different political and economic rights. Equality within each class prevents discrimination among shareholders of the same category.
