Ordinary meeting: quorum and majorities (art. 243 LGS)
First call requires a majority of voting shares; on second call, any number suffices. Resolutions require an absolute majority of votes present.
What article 243
Article 243 governs quorum and voting thresholds at ordinary meetings.
An ordinary meeting on first call requires shareholders representing a majority of voting shares. On second call, it is duly constituted regardless of the number of shares present. Resolutions shall be adopted by an absolute majority of votes present.

Commentary
The regime is more flexible than for extraordinary meetings because it concerns recurring governance; on second call, absenteeism cannot block the meeting.
