Processing and consolidation of challenges (art. 253 LGS)
Article 253 of the General Companies Law orders that challenges to the same meeting be consolidated and governs the company's representation when a majority of the directors bring the claim.
What article 253
Article 253 governs the processing and consolidation of challenge actions.
Except for the precautionary measure of the preceding article, the lawsuit shall proceed only after the term of article 251 has expired. When multiple actions exist, they must be consolidated, for which purpose the board of directors is obliged to report in each case the existence of the others.

Commentary
This prevents parallel and contradictory lawsuits over the same meeting: all challenges are unified. It waits for the expiration of the article 251 deadline in order to gather all possible claims.
