Applicable supplementary rules (art. 324 LGS)
Article 324 of the General Companies Law applies to the partnership limited by shares, on a supplementary basis, the rules of the simple limited partnership.

Article 324 sets out the supplementary rules of the partnership limited by shares.
On a supplementary basis, and without prejudice to the provisions of articles 315 and 316, the rules of Section II (simple limited partnership) apply to this Section.
