Deadlines for registering the company (LGS art. 6)
Section 6 of the General Companies Law sets the deadlines for registration of the instrument of incorporation: twenty days to file it and a further thirty days to complete the procedure; late registration is available if no interested party objects.
What article 6
Section 6 establishes the deadlines for filing and registering the instrument of incorporation with the Public Registry and the rules governing late registration.
Within twenty (20) days of the instrument of incorporation, it shall be filed with the Public Registry for registration or, as the case may be, with the supervisory authority. The period for completing the proceeding shall be an additional thirty (30) days and shall be extended where exceeded due to the ordinary course of the procedures.
Late registration. Registration requested late or after expiry of the additional period shall be ordered only if no interested party objects.

Commentary
The deadlines are directory rather than strictly preclusive: in practice registry proceedings frequently take longer. Late registration is possible unless an interested party objects. Filing on time is advisable so that registration does not depend on that contingency.
