What article 63
Article 63 establishes the content and structure of the company's balance sheet.
The balance sheet must provide information on assets (cash, receivables—distinguishing those involving controlling, controlled or related companies and those in litigation—inventories, investments, property and equipment, and intangible assets) and liabilities and equity (debts, provisions, capital, reserves and results), in accordance with the detail prescribed by the provision.

Commentary
The balance sheet is the company's financial 'snapshot' at a given date. The statute imposes minimum content and specific breakdowns—for example, separating receivables and payables involving group companies—to improve transparency and comparability.
